MindEcology is a forum for sharing and building upon our collective knowledge base concerning a range of topics, including: the nature of mind, how to achieve conscious evolution, the application of systems thinking to real-world problems, and the improvement of human learning. The theme of the featured articles is interdisciplinary, drawing upon one or more of a number of different disciplines. We encourage the submission of original or reprinted articles by contributors rooted in multiple disciplines including business, the human/social sciences, the hard sciences, systems studies, environmental studies and education.
The name of the site was inspired by the title of one of the Webmaster’s favorite books, "Steps to an Ecology of Mind" by Dr. Gregory Bateson (1972).
