  Jed C. Jones, Ph.D.
  Jed is our President and founder. Before founding Mind Ecology in 2009, Jed started the Internet marketing firm JCJ Interactive, Inc. in 2007. Prior to that, Jed worked at Dell, Inc. in Japan for three years conducting customer analytics and e-commerce for the enterprise products division. Jed has a depth of experience building predictive models that leverage his knowledge of both neural network and statistical software applications. He has advanced knowledge in customer segmentation, database management, and mailing list management, having logged over 10,000 hours using Microsoft Excel. He holds an MBA in marketing from UC Irvine and a Ph.D. in psychology and organizational systems from Saybrook University, as well as a B.A. in Japanese studies from UCLA. Jed lives in the music capital of the world, Austin, Texas.

  Darren Drewitz
  Darren is our Account Director. He is a 18-year veteran of marketing, advertising and corporate communications with extensive experience on both the client and corporate side of marketing. Darren’s experience includes working at some of the top advertising agencies in Texas, as well as corporate marketing departments for multi-billion-dollar, international companies. Darren graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas. He and his wife Melissa live in Austin, Texas with their two children.

  Andy Doan
  Andy is our Chief Technology Advisor. With a degree in computer science and thousands of hours of software programming experience under his belt working on projects as complex as robot-based manufacturing and industrial machine automation, Andy can handle any technical or design challenge you throw his way. Andy leads a team of creative and technical experts who excel at delivering top-notch database technology.

  Francoise Luca
  Francoise is our Marketing Strategist, focusing on branding, customer segmentation, advertising, and creating ‘sticky’ customer experience tactics through the sales and customer lifecycle. Francoise’s work experience includes management positions with public relations and advertising agencies, as well as with media outlets like CBS, NBC, Univision, and national companies like Cellular One, SBC, AT&T Wireless and AT&T. She is a University of Texas graduate, speaks fluent Spanish and lives in Austin, Texas with her two teenagers.

  Susan Donegan
  Susan is a Marketing Assistant. Susan’s background includes managing marketing and advertising projects at the in-house agency for a large financial services firm in Boston as well as a boutique agency in the Caribbean. She was born with an awareness of and an appreciation for details and has friends that make fun of her for being ‘too organized’. Currently, Susan spends her time in Rochester, NY and on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
