Jed C. Jones, Ph.D.
Jed is our President and a MindEcology co-founder. Before forming MindEcology in 2009, Jed started and ran the Internet marketing firm JCJ Interactive, Inc. for 3 years. Prior to that, Jed worked at Dell, Inc. in Japan for three years conducting customer analytics and managing online enterprise products sales and marketing. Jed has worked in the field of marketing for 17 years and possesses advanced knowledge in customer segmentation, data mining, and analytical customer profiling. He has logged over 10,000 hours using Microsoft Excel. Jed holds a Ph.D. in organizational systems inquiry from Saybrook University, an MBA in marketing from UC Irvine, and a B.A. in Japanese studies from UCLA. Jed lives with his wife, Amanda, and their three kids in the music capital of the world – and all around cool place to be – Austin, Texas.

Darren Drewitz
Darren is a MindEcology co-founder and our Director of Marketing Services. He is a 19-year veteran of marketing, advertising and corporate communications with extensive experience on both the client and corporate side of marketing. Besides his marketing prowess, Darren is also the archetypal “connector,” having the innate and uncanny ability to match up the right talent, resources and tools to his clients’ challenges and objectives. Darren’s experience includes working at some of the top advertising agencies in Texas, as well as corporate marketing departments for multi-billion dollar, international companies. Darren graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas. He and his wife Melissa live in Austin, Texas with their two children.

Andy Doan
Andy is our Chief Technology Advisor. With a degree in computer science and thousands of hours of software programming experience under his belt working on projects as complex as robot-based manufacturing and industrial machine automation, Andy can handle any technical or design challenge you throw his way. Andy leads a team of creative and technical experts who excel at delivering top-notch database technology.

David Drewitz
David is our Chief Creative Strategist. He has helped hundreds of companies get the results they wanted through campaign conceptualization, strategic brand development, brand management, and corporate communications. He has 18 years of marketing and communications experience in the corporate, creative and the account service areas of marketing and advertising.

Rhonda Aghamalian
Rhonda is our Content Creation Strategist. She is a lifelong marketing communications professional whose employers and clients have included everything from global brands to local entrepreneurs in the private and not-for-profit sectors. Her passions are content development, crisis communications, social media and marketing strategy.

Rocky Rhodes
Rocky is our Online Marketing & SEO Specialist. He has over 4 years of content creation and online marketing experience. He has written hundreds of different content pieces, including blog posts, articles, reports, and eBooks to provide an engaging and informative experience for readers. Rocky has a degree in Business from the University of Texas at Austin, and a deep interest in using marketing analytics to drive traffic and improve online campaigns. Rocky currently lives and works in Austin, Texas.

Sarah O’Brien
Sarah is our Account Executive. She has over 6 years of marketing experience. Sarah has a unique skill set due to her analytical yet extremely creative approach to marketing. Her experience analyzing and interpreting data enables her to identify the objective and determine the approach that needs to be taken. Her passionate and skilled work with graphic design and brand development is then utilized to compile the creative deliverables needed. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing-Brand Development and Finance from the University of Arkansas. Sarah currently lives and works in Austin, Texas.

Destiny Bennett
Destiny is a Content Creation Specialist. She has an expansive writing background in the areas of journalism, public relations and corporate communications. Destiny loves the art of storytelling and has experience writing for several Austin print and online publications. Destiny is responsible for creating and posting monthly content for client blogs, articles and other communication vehicles for MindEcology. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and lives in Austin, Texas.

Adrienne Barrett
Adrienne is a Content Creation Specialist. Her experience includes crafting internal and external communications. She is an expert at researching, developing and giving client presentations and managing client relations. Adrienne’s natural love of learning, writing and her ‘gift of gab’ led her to SEO writing and MindEcology. She is a native Texan with a B.A. from Wellesley College in Psychology and American Studies. Adrienne can often be found volunteering or running near her home in Dallas, Texas.
